THE BREAKFAST !!!


OK SO NOW THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT MEAL OF A DAY USUALLY I SEE PEOPLE NOT TAKING MUCH IMPORTANCE OF IT BUT BREAKFAST PLAYS A MAJOR ROLE IN YOUR METABOLISM PROGRAMME OF YOUR BODY ...USUALLY MY DAY STARTS OFF WITH A LOW FAT HIGH PROTEIN !!!USUALLY IT IS OATMEAL,SANDWICH,BREAD WITH BANANA SHAKE OR A CHAPATI MILK ..
I GIVE A LOT OF IMPORTANCE TO DIET PLANS BECAUSE YOUR MOOD,SOCIAL LIFE,DEDICATION,CONSISTENCY,MOTIVATION,ALL OF THIS DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU EAT !!!IT WELL SAID BY SOMEONE THAT YOU LOOK WHAT YOU EAT !!STRICTLY FOLLOWING IT SINCE THAN !!!
